Bonivento Eugenio (1880-1956) St Marks Square, Venice

Eugenio Bonivento was born in Chioggia Italy in 1880, and was a pupil of the famous artist Guglielmo Cairdi. This splendid large watercolour of a busy St Marks Square in Venice confirms he had the same predisposition to his master's paintings of the Venetion lagoon.

It is therefore no wonder that is works are exhibited in Museums of art such a Venice, Milan, Genoa and the Italian Museum in Peru. He died in Milan in 1956.
