Buying a Painting from our Website -

If you wish to buy a painting on the website, email us at info@malcolmlowsonfineart.co.uk  - or use the enquiry form by the painting, to let us know. We will then mark the painting as 'RESERVED'. When payment has cleared we will mark the painting as 'SOLD' and contact you to arrange shipping.

Payment:
Cheque, made out to Dunelm Fine Art (drawn against a UK bank)

Insurance:
Insurance cover is provided FREE OF CHARGE for all items. All items are fully insured and sent at the risk of Dunelm Fine Art. Once the item arrives at its destination and has been paid for in full it is the property of the customer and considered as such by law.

We guarantee a professional yet personal service, with prompt attention given to any genuine enquiry. It is our aim to make it as simple as possible for you to purchase quality works of art and have your items delivered or shipped to you efficiently and in the condition in which they have been described.

Item Dispatch Details:
With every item purchased you will receive a written receipt, detailing the date or circa date of artist, a full description of the item and the price paid. This receipt should be kept for your records and for insurance
purposes.

Packing & Shipping
We only use professional packers, and major courier services Worldwide where a tracking service is available, and a signature required on receipt such as Royal Mail Special Deliver, UPS, DHL or Fedex.

 


We have over 28 years experience in packaging and shipping via National and International couriers Worldwide .

If you wish to buy more than one item it would be advisable to contact to us and we will give a customised quote for shipping

Dispatch Times:

Dispatch times will vary depending again on the size of the item and delivery option selected. However, we do endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days. Any delays or irregularities in dispatch that may occur would be relayed to you via telephone or email so that you are kept fully informed of the progress of your purchase.

Returns Policy:

Upon receipt of your purchase, you have a 14-day money back guarantee.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, inform us by email to: info@malcolmlowsonfineart.co.uk

Then return the item within 14 days, in the same condition as it was originally sent and you will receive a full refund.
